Terms of service

Creation of and Using The Artwork

  • Commissions are, by default, for NON-COMMERCIAL USE* - If you want to commission me for an image that will allow you to use it for commercial purposes please let me know in advance, I am completely open to the prospect.
    (You cant use a non commercial purchase for a commercial product in the future.)

  • I reserve the right to post or use any and all commissions on social media or portfolios! If you would like your commission to be private, please let me know!

  • If you commissioned me for the artwork, you are permitted to re-upload it publicly with credit.

  • There will always be a small watermark on the drawing.

  • You can ask for an update at any time, and I will send process images (if applicable).

  • I will usually give you an estimate on how long the artwork will take to produce.

  • Please remember to be respectful and understand that I can't whizz out finished artworks in a day or two. The more large scale the project the longer it will take to produce.

  • You may NOT under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES use my work for Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) or feed it in to AI generative software, commercial or not.

* In this case it means you cannot resell my work in any way to make a profit, use my art for marketing etc without permission first.
e.g. use it on a monetised YouTube video thumbnail, resell it on a website to someone else, sell it as prints etc.

Payment

  • I can recieve payment via Kofi and Paypal.

  • Payment is always upfront.

  • Once I start the commission (i.e. sending a proof sketch), it is no longer refundable, unless I do not or cannot finish the commission for any reason. *
    If I have already started and I am unable to complete the commission, you may receive a partial refund based on how much has been completed.

I cannot accept Cashapp payments due to it being unavailable in my country.
I do not accept in-game currency as a valid form of payment.

What i draw

Most character designs are on the table, however there is a list of things I will not draw under any circumstances:

  • NSFW

  • suggestive themes/character designs

  • real world flags or symbols
    example(country flags or religious symbols).
    if you are happy for me to remove or change it to something else I can do that - custom flags/symbols are ok (e.g fictional country or kingdom you have created for a story).

  • Ship art

  • Anything else I feel uncomfortable drawing

If I feel I am unable to draw your character for any reason I will inform you prior to starting the commission

Design Usage

Please read if you're interested in purchasing or trading for my designs.

  • You are permitted to trade the character to someone else without notifying me

  • You are permitted to sell the character to someone else without notifying me

  • Please dont increase the price of the character if you wish to sell it that is not reasonable. It should stay the price that it is sold unless value is added through purchased art or content.

  • You may alter the design you have purchased or traded for.

  • Obviously dont steal/trace/copy the artwork.

  • Credit me for the design/if you choose to use the character in any projects.

  • Please don't make NSFW edits of my art.
